Lidia Gasperoni

Lidia Gasperoni is since 2010 Co-Director of the Freigeist Akademie für Geisteswissenschaften. She began 2009 a doctorate at the Technische Universität Berlin under the supervision of prof. Günter Abel. 2010 she achieved a DAAD fellowship. She studied at the University La Sapienza in Rom and stayed in Germany for two periods: first (2005-2007) at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg in Breisgau with an Erasmus fellowship and second (2009) for a period of research at the Technische Universität Berlin.
The subject-matter of her dissertation is the expression of the relation of sensibility and conceptuality through the theory of the Schematism in Kantian and Post-Kantian Philosophy and in the contemporary theories of knowledge.
